The attched dissertation is from Prof Arne Burkhardt.  It is called Pandemic Strategies, lessons, and Consequences given on 21st and 22nd of January 2023.  It concerns functional changes in the body from the vaccinations in Germany.

Of 51 cases examined, in all of two cases causes of deaths were uncertain.  In 80% of the deaths, the vaccinations played a role in the deaths.

Most patients had sudden deaths.

Spike proteins were concentrated, or "strongly expressed" in the testes and spermatozoic tissue.  The Spike Protein replaced healthy sperm.
